John Przybylski JD, LLM, CFP®*, AEP®, CIMA®


As a director and partner of the firm, John brings more than 20 years of financial planning experience to the firm. As an attorney, he has a thorough understanding of complex tax implications and has substantial experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Previously, John served as the Director of Financial Planning at LongVue Advisors for seven years. Prior to his work at LongVue, he was a supervising attorney in the financial planning department of a leading accounting firm in Boston, where he designed custom financial plans and oversaw the preparation of income tax returns. Early in his career, he gained experience in complex financial planning at G.W. & Wade, Inc., in Wellesley, Mass. 

John earned his J.D. and LL.M. degrees at the Boston University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ Certificant, and has successfully completed the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 securities examinations. He is a founding member and currently serves as Chair of the Steering Committee of the Boston Philanthropic Advisors Roundtable, is on the Board and Co-Chairs the Membership Committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council, is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Family Firm Institute and the Investment Management Consultants Association. John was recently awarded the esteemed Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.
